Refund and Exchange Policy for MANARBADAR

1. Final Orders: Once an order is placed, it is considered FINAL.

2. Production Time: Estimated production time is two weeks - 15 days

3. No Cancellation, No Refund:We maintain a strict NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND policy.

4. Customized Items: For any customized items (where customization options such as length or color are available), we enforce a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.

5. Ready-to-Wear Items: We may accept requests for exchange on ready-to-wear items within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to availability. All delivery and shipping charges for exchanges will be covered by the customer.

6. Special Requests for Customization: Any customization requests (e.g., changes to size or length) must be communicated to our customer service team before the order is placed. Customization is subject to availability, and once the order is placed, it is FINAL and will proceed to production.

7. Unclaimed Orders: If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up the order within 90 days of the shipping date, MANARBADAR reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and may sell, dispose of, or use the items at its discretion. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Alteration Requests: After receiving your order, any requests for alterations (e.g., length adjustments) must be made within 7 days. If approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition (unwashed, unused, undamaged, with original packaging and receipt). All shipping and any applicable customs fees for alterations are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note, MANARBADAR is under no obligation to accept requests for alterations or exchanges once an order is confirmed. Acceptance of such requests will be based on availability and the goodwill of the company.
